Da alcune settimane gli archivi dello Schaubühne di Berlino stanno trasmettendo in streaming materiali preziosi di archivio: dall’Hamlet a Nemico del Popolo a Edda Gabler di Ostermeier alle produzioni di Peter Stein. Molti di noi non erano mai riusciti ad accedere a materiali integrali degli spettacoli per fare ricerca e queste sono occasioni preziose in tempo di emergenza sanitaria mondiale. Prendiamo questa occasione per capire cosa si è prodotto in Germania in questi anni.
Dato il lavoro importante svolto dagli archivi di Berlino (e a differenza di molti archivi dei nostri teatri nazionali……….) che hanno prontamente risposto alle richieste sia della sottoscritta (ringrazio Jan Pappelbaum per avermi messo in contatto con chi lavora agli archivi) sia alle richieste generali di contenuti per usare in modo intelligente il nostro tempo a casa.
La visione è preannunciata da videomessaggi degli artisti in residenza. Apprezziamo moltissimo il lavoro del teatro berlinese. Chiediamo solo che anche gli ARCHIVI DEI TEATRI NAZIONALI ITALIANI FACCIANO ALTRETTANTO!! .
